Not true. Old Man Emus are now being imported into USA. They are an australian made shock with great rep. Mark Drillock just ordered the onbly set presently in the USA for his syncro...in fact, he will be the first person in USA to purchase a set here as they just started importing them for the first time about 2 months ago.
