Has anyone come up with a good way to add a subwoofer to their Westy without creating irreversible damage to their upholstery or sheet metal? I found a good place for an amp (behind the glove box seems like a nice spot), but I'm stumped for a place for a subwoofer. Anyone had luck with those "tube" type subwoofers or other "portable" speaker systems? I'm thinking about mounting some quick-disconnects somewhere so that the subwoofer could be plugged in for road trips, but removed from the van for around town... Brent Christensen '89 Syncro Westy |
