Or you could just upgrade your tensioner pulley to a newer one that has the flats on it so you can use a wrench to tension it. That way you get a new tensioner pulley (didn't you always want one anyway) and don't have to buy a special tool or do wierd things with nails or small allen keys (like I do) in order to tension your timing belt.
