BTW - for those of you wondering, an friend of mine in Halifax introduced me to the wonders of what he called "screech" along with *several* fresh boiled lobsters. Evidently, it is some kind of Canadian moonshine - and I can tell you, I have never had tequila that made me feel so badly the next day... I never did find out what it was made from - by the name, I wouldn't be surprised if it was distilled from left-over tires...
