I just got a Vanagon Westie model at the Campbelltown show (the guy next to me was selling them and I traded him a grille for it as his was beat). It is really a neat one with a choice of top up or top down and the interior is complete. It is a Revell model. He had a couple other models that have been discussed here on the List (the UN Vanagon and a red fire fighting Vanagon <please don't start that thread again :>) I also have a '67 Bus toy that I friend got me in Myrtle Beach this Christmas. This is really pretty and is about 8" long, green and white, with working rear hatch and sliding door (except I just noticed that it should have barn doors to really be authentic). He bought it from a toy dealer down that way and I keep it on top of my computer as my mascot until I get my Westie model done. My daughter wants to play with it, but I let her know that this is Daddy's toy! Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16 |
