I think the color previously described as "midnight blue" is VW's "Orly Blue Metallic".

Your van's color is: Bordeaux Red Metallic

Yes, the bright red vans from 1990 and 1991 were painted "Tornado Red".

Wolfram Grey Metallic is sort of a charcoal grey and Flash Silver Metallic is light colored silver. There is also a color called "Vesuve Grey Metalic" which is more silvery in my mind than gray, but it is in between the "Wolfram and Flash colors.
