Hi, 5/8" heater hose funs to and from the radiator under the van. There are two "T"s which run up to the rear heater. A better fix, if you are going to remove the rear heater entirely, anyway, is to replace those "T"s with a couple radiator hose repair kits, which can be obtained from most any FLAPS.
