The reefer and stove are set up to run at a pressure of a water column 11
inches high (11" W.C.).  That's in the neighborhood of three tenths of a
psi, or about five ounces.  You can measure that by improvising a u-tube
manometer with water, and measuring the difference btw the heights of the
two water columns.  If it's not right, I think the regulator is the problem.
