hi all in December, I bought a fully rebuilt auto trans unit from Weddle Engineering in Calif. It cost me 695.00 for the rebuilt unit (transmission section and the torque converter), 150.00 core charge (which I got back) and 60.00 to ship each way. I also got someone to install the whole thing for me for 300.00. so the whole job cost me about $1115 total Good Luck Keith 87 Wolfsburg GL Auto 85 diesel Golf 80 diesel P/U 79 Semi-converted bus (BUZZO) 78 Partz bus
