According to my service records, my Boge fronts were installed about 50,000 miles ago, and I can tell you they are pretty much shot (very squishy). The shop charged almost $600 for parts and labor - I think the shocks were $145 a piece. Not that different from the price of the OME's.

From what I have read here, the Boge shocks are not very long-lived (I've seen reports of 25,000 miles); OME products, OTH, have a very good reputation, and looking at the construction, they appear to be much more stoutly built that the Boge units
