Upgrade? I remember my '79 and '80 diesel Rabbits had the tensioner with the flat sides. It wasn't until I bought my "Next Generation" Vanagon diesel that I found VW had gone to the "two-holer" approach to the tensioner. So ... is there a source for the flat style tensioner?

Thanks to Karl, Steve, Bulley, Mark, Nate, Ken and Loren for for their suggestions on sources and ingenuity for that spanner tool.
