I can think of one more- depending on where this guy lives, if its gotta pass emissions, it most likely won't- rule is ( at least in Va.) newer engine into old car OK, older engine in newer car, no way. Jeff

PS- this is also a consideration for those thinking of chucking their fuel injection for carb(s)- ask me how I know.
