Hear Hear! Let us hope that Arkaday is not glorifying a mass murderer
and the modern father of ethnic cleansing (as shaking off the shackles
of Versailles)and that he is not trying to rewrite history and deny that
the holocost didn't happen. His comments otherwise would tend to
demonstrate that he is saner and more intelligent than that

As a decendant of Austrian Jews, some of whom died horribly in
concentration
camps that "never happened at all" in the hands of some of those
"bearers of
traditions and soldiers," and have been replaced in the factories by
foreigners who "shit and piss in the streets", I'd suggest that there is
another side to this issue. Comments like these fill me with
deeply-felt
anger, great sadness, and fear. There is an active KKK group in this
part of
Pennsylvania that hands out brochures that read almost *exactly* like
the
above paragraph. The group has a youth contingent in the local public
schools. Some things never change. There are so many things I want to
say.
But this is a list about Vanagons and I will hold my tongue. I just
couldn't let something like this go without saying anything at all.
