I slid in a gas dryer from the back. The dryer was on its side. Close fit, but it worked. I think we put the cushion up front to get some additional clearance. Only problem was that the drum inside the dryer moved out of its normal running position while I was driving and made a hell of a noise when first turned on. Got one of those "I told you so" looks from wife. Cleared up after a couple minutes; was able to give look back to her.
