Actually, that was for real! My provider was insisting there was no problem while others were telling me otherwise. Presented with the feedback of about a dozen very helpful listmembers (who did not place orders, incidentally), the provider admitted to a problem that, just the night before, he had sworn couldn't possibly exist. Believe me, I'm busy enough (and very thankful to all of you for it). I don't need to resort to tricks in order to drum up business.
