Subject:      Help  No Power 1.9L  HELP REQUESTED!!!

My 83 westy will start and run.
But, no power, when you press the gas pedal it sounds like the engine
will not rev. up.
With clutch in or out no difference.

compression 145psi all cylinders.
valves adjusted to 2 turns after touch of valve.
new rotor, dist. cap and spark plugs.  too no avail.
