Depending on where you are (temperature outdoors), 10w30 is too thin.

Check your owner's manual, there is a little graph to guide your oil choice. Consider using 20w50 spring-fall in the lower 48, and 10w40 winters, and year round North of the 48th parallel. You might want to consider sticking with the Mann filters, too.

oil is FredMeyer 10W30, filter is Fram regular. I have bought the Mann filters from Ron but haven't installed them, as I am just finishing the heads.
