Saw quite a few camouflage colored vanagons while driving around in Germany. Several near Leipzig at a roadside vanagon used car lot/junkyard at a three building crossroads. Had my wife stop and go back to inspect the collection. Quite a site...if only the camera had been working... Pretty cheap, too. 3000DM, about $1700US. Someone told me once that the main reason the syncro was built was an order for 50,000 from the German army. Not sure this is true but the concept sounds plausible. Never did see a camouflaged syncro in Germany...it works! Cheers, Tom Neal
