You know, good old 95% ethanol or 95% isopropanol works real well as a
cleaner for the carbon track/copper arm assembly in the AFM.

Use a Q-tip type applicator and gentle pressure.


I finished my AFM overhaul with a teeny squirt of something called
"Jiff-Action" (great name eh?) an electronic cleaner/contact enhancer.
