I don't know about the rear brake, but when my front turn signals were corroded (one so bad the contact thing had broken off entirely) I simply went to the dealer (who's parts department anyway is ok) and ordered a new one for like 2 dollars. Worth a call anyway to find out if the brake is as cheap.
