One of the most annoying aspects of this list is the tendency for people
to post things to the list when they should be directing them privately
to an individual.


I am not of the 'purely technical list' persuasion, but it really bugs
me when someone posts a request for amusing registration plate
suggestions and then dozens of people post their replies to the list
instead of sending them privately to the person who posed the request.


PS. I know where my 'delete' button is , dont remind me. Its just that
my 'delete button finger' is getting sore.
