I have sold a bunch of the new 2.1l Vanagon Air Flow Meters in the past few months. And inevitably each time I talk about them on the List folks with the 1.9l Vanagons ('83-'85) ask me "what about a new 1.9l AFM?" Well these are much more expensive than the 2.1l units I sell ($90). A new 1.9l AFM is $255 while a rebuilt unit is around $150. But most people would rather have new than rebuilt if it wasn't for the price. Well what if I told you that I could get you a AFM for your 1.9l Vanagon new for the price of a rebuilt unit (aprox $150)? Wouldn't that be great? Well I am working on it right now and should have it set up within the next few weeks. If you are interested in this project please email me. If I don't get any emails then I will know that this project is not worth pursuing and do something more worthwhile (like watching Pinky and the Brain reruns from before they moved in with Elmyra <Yuk!>) :) Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16 |
