I have one sitting here on my desk. It's normal. Clockwise screws in, counter-clockwise screws out. I only had to use a 4 ft. pipe. I'm trying to remove the triple V-belt pulley (As Bentley describes it) on the end of the crankshaft. It's held on with a big bolt - which way to turn it to loosen it? I've tried both directions with a cheater bar on the end of the breaker bar and an impact wrench - won't budge. Before I get out "The Pursuader" (the 6-foot pipe) someone tell me which way to turn this bolt so I don't break it. Thanks! Frank Miller |
