It does, Joe -- but no harm b/c if the coolant gets hot(ter) it will raise the system pressure and hence boiling point. The low pressure only pertains when the heat load is such that the thermostat is not completely open. Once the thermostat opens fully any additional load will raise the temperature toward the next setpoint, which is the fan turnon temperature. If this is also lower than stock then the system temp and pressure will again be lower than stock until the heat load overcomes the ability of the fan, at which time the temp and pressure will rise again toward the fan high-speed setpoint. Und so weiter...
