Subject:      H-4 lights

I just had the chance to drive the Syncro on a really dark road the other
night, and I was ASTOUNDED at how bright the high beams were.  After hearing
so many complaints about the dim stock Vanagon lights, I am wondering if a
PO installed the upgraded Euro-spec lights.  How can I tell?
