Joel,

Park your van on as much of an incline as you can find nose up... <<16 inches is good...w/block behind tire.>> 1) Remove your front grill. {very short half screws, quarter turn} 2) Release the bleeder bolt on radiator. 3) With van running (warm), turn the heater on high AND (Rear heat exchanger) heater under back seat as well... (this will push the bubbles from the high points in the hoses/ to burp the system) 4) Looking at the motor open second bleeder valve (upper left, feel for warm coolant hose...) do not confuse air cooler valves there'll two of them side by side...do not open them!! 5) remove hose on coolant expansion tank & cap (mine is blue if that helps)... 6) **premixing 50/50 saves allot of headaches Fill as needed with proper antifreeze ..
