Subject:      89 Vanagon radiator fans runs constantly??

Does any one know why my radiator  In my 89 Vanagon GL camper
fan is now running constantly even when the car is cold??

I have checked the fuses and the fluid level in the overflow bottle
which are both ok but the fan just keeps running??
