The braided stuff is low pressure (from every source that I have talked to). I have the high pressure stuff is smooth. I have this line sitting right here with "Made in Germany" printed on it every two inches (still trying to find out if this is former east Germany or former west Germany :). Also got my nice stainless swedish clamps today. Going to do the fuel line replacement on at least one of my two vans tomorrow and write up the How-To. Anyone buying the clamps and fuel line from me will be getting a printed version of the How-To included with thier hose and clamps. Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
