Ummm....KAMIKAZE??? Please explain what you are trying to say. I get the feeling that you have a problem with 'easterners' visiting, or worse yet, MOVING to the west. Perish the thought! Really, now, the west is FAR from 'full up', and never will be! Granted there are a lot of cities that are already overgrown. But you should never worry about us 'easterners' (cowboys/girls??) coming out and taking over all the land, some (or most) from the east would last no time in all that space. The fact is, that there ARE more gorgeous vistas, and wide open panoramas, in the west, and it gives a good feeling to this world traveler that the US really isn't all overpopulated, and overdeveloped as is so much of the east. So, I will continue to travel, and to enjoy the west, and maybe one day Mt. Hood WILL erupt, and will create a fresh slate for a future civilization. Part of the reason I travel is because my father, who passed away 19 years ago, never got to see retirement, or the wonders of the west he so greatly wanted to see. One day I will be able to tell him about all that he missed..........

Karl
