Actually, it would be $10 if they sold it without the Subaru piece, which is something you could ask for. It consists a drilled out grade 8 bolt that passes through a brass manifold to which the petcock is attached, and includes a copper sealing washer. I have tried to find fittings that would work in the radiator, and have not found anything yet. To duplicate this device would require some machining; it is worth $10 easily, and is worth $20 to me.
