1984 Volkswagen VANAGON 1.9 L

Trans: Automatic Mileage: 82,000 miles VIN: VW2YB0256EH137296 Fuel: BOSCH DIGIJET Ignition: ELECTRONIC Emissions: US FED

Symptoms: No Start

oK HERE WE GO ,eNGINE RUNS ROUGH & SMOKES W/FUEL PUMP DISCONNECTED WILL NOT START W/FUEL PUMP CONNECTED.fuEL INJECTORS pass drip test but with engine being cranked a steady good spray (no visable pulse)causing a flooding problem All Voltage &ohmmeter from check tables ok O2 test ok fuel pump &regulator OK Airflow shows a smooth sweep coolant temp in range throttle switches OK Ignition system ,hall generator,Idle stabilizer ,hall control unit , coil, wires, plugs, OK CLeaned all grounds on engine replacedfuel inj. ,control unit ,same problem -control unit shorted out again PLEASE HELP
