Greetings all, and thanks for the ideas on the crazy tach.
I popped the hatch and fiddled with wires from from the coil,
distributor, and anything else that I thought might help. Drove 600 km
today and arrived in Prince George without incident. That is not to say
it is cured, but if it happens again, I'll open the instrument panel and
get at the wires. Thanks again.
