BW Dismantlers (call Jeff  1-800-327-0888 and say you're with vanagon.com)
has a bunch of them.  Got one and installed last weekend.  Works great.
Had to be extremely careful (thanks, Jeff, glad to hear you're done) to
not drill into the wires.  Still drilled through the tubing around the
wires with a tiny pilot hole.  Then stuck a nail in to keep the wires
aside.  With the bigger hole (7/16), used a pencil to push the wires
aside. Little tricky.  Made a template by taking off the the other handle
and punching holes in paper.

BW  also has a bunch of door pouches (one brown in a bag, cleaned with
screws...found out my van has black, not brown) and ceiling lights...best
with a several foot piece of the wiring harness with the right connectors.
