<<Yes, I purchased mine in Germany about 12 years ago and it works great. Mine was made for Westfalia by a company known as Brandrup. Mine came with velcro (gray of course) to make a seal around the door jamb. Excellent quality. I also purchased the made for westy vinyl bag (very heavy) for the upper luggage well. It came with tie downs with special male clips to clip into those funny looking rectangluar female holders attached to the luggage well. Ron should look into that. While he's at it, Kamei makes a great door pocket with a bubble that holds a soda type can. Perfect fit for our beloved vanagons. Ciao, Paolo '87 westy>>

I have located the original manufacturer of the Westy luggage carrier. This firm is in Europe, but not in Germany. I have not yet ordered any as I thought there was someone here in the US already making a good substitute. With enough interest, I'll look into this further and get pricing.

At the request of several listees, I'm working on scanning the instructions and photos of the side door screen kit and posting it to my web site. My scanner decided to act up today, so I'll work on it tomorrow.
