I sent my McNeil wind/rain deflector back to McNeil because they didn't fit well and were too loose. They actually slide down the window tracks as you drove. I didn't have as good luck with them on my return as you had. It took about three or four months after I sent them back to get my credit, and I only got that because I called up to complain. They had received my returned deflectors, but they didn't check it in properly so I never got the credit. I had the original paperwork included so that they would know exactly where it came from, and I had the return authorization number they gave me written in big black letters on all sides of the box. >>
i too, have just returned my MacNiel ClimAir deflectors, after about a year of waiting to see if there was something that could be done to make them fit.
