They "voluntarily" established a "subscribers savings account" when I joined. Funds that are not needed each year are set aside to my SSA, which cannot exceed a set amount, I get a check for the excess. If I ever decide to leave USAA (ha, ha, ha) they will cut a check for the amount in my SSA (around $3000). I have all four of my vehicles as well as my home and household goods fully insured with them at an annual cost of around $2100. I also received the refund mandated my the state. The few times I have had a claim with them, they have taken care my needs quickly and without argument. If all companys in this country operated as well as USAA, we could truly live the American Dream. They also provide me with a discount for my Sprint long distance service and Internet service and they handle my retirement investments, what little there is. USAA rules!!!
