anyone have info on the kennedy eng. plastics subaru engine replacement kits?

how about the subaru engines in general. I heard the ideal set up is a SVX 6 cylinder, though I'm sure they're expensive and hard to come by.

I like th idea of keeping my beloved vanagon all VW, but, well, you guys know...
