Debi, The problem is with your ISP. The error logs that I get from the mailing list server indicate they are refusing the mail sent from the Vanagon listserver. After 100 "bounced" messages you are automatically removed from the list. I can forward one of these error emails that I get to you if you like. The list server simply sends mail to your ISP's mail server then your ISP's mail server waits for you to check you mail. When you check your mail you check SIERRATEL's mail server. If you really want to prove this, I can set up a VOLKSWAGEN.ORG email account for you for a few days so you can see the difference. I am currently using IE5, but I don't recommend using Outlook Express. I personally use Qualicomm's "Eudora" - very simple and very good IMHO.
