They will fit, but its not a perfect match! The bolt pattern on the Vanagon is
112-5, the pattern on the Lexus is 114,3-5 (4,5"-5). This makes each bolt hole
1 mm off opposed to the stud, and I am not sure if I would drive with that
over a longer period. I saw a MB (also with 112-5 pattern) that had Volvo
steel wheels... The Volvo wheels are 108-5. I never thought they'd fit!
