Subject: New AVP Problems...Advice needed.
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Hey Folks, Last June I purchased a rebuilt engine from AVP, after 3000 miles a head gasket blew 800 miles from home. I had it repaired locally with AVP's "guidence". It took forever to resolve the issue with AVP. Yesterday I was told that I have another blown head gasket. The leak is internal. The engine is 1000 miles out of AVP's warrentee. After my previous experience, I can't imagine how this will get resolved.

I have been told that the best way to proceed is to take them to Small claims court. I know this will be a very difficult thing to do since I am in N.J. and they are in Calif.

Does anyone have any advice? Or been in a similar position?

Thanks Dave
