Exactly! I bought one from TBD, it came in a week, and installed in an hour. One mod. I did do was to cut the bottom off of the cover that surrounds the heater so that next time it happens I don't have to disassemble the rear seat to get at the heater. (looking at the manual, maybe older vanagons don't have this heater surround so it may not be a problem there.
