I say just bug them to death until they give. Call them everyday. Tell them you put a message about them on the list everyday. Mail them copies of the messages you post everyday. Get intimate and know the names of every person you talk to until you can work your way to the top. By the time you are done, they will be HAPPY to give you your money back and you can start fresh and put a 5-cyl from Detlev in your van!
