Subject: Westy Fridges, Let's Fix Them!
Comments: To: Syncro Safari <SyncroSafari@onelist.com>

Recently there was some list traffic regarding the performance of the Westy refrigerator in warm weather. I find that mine keeps things COLD in hot weather just fine, while others report that theirs do not. I propose to lead a list effort to troubleshoot and repair all of our fridges. I have 2 other Westys in my driveway and I plan to test each of the fridges before removing them and fixing them as needed. I have removed several others and serviced them with good results. Several people have expressed an interest in getting theirs to work as well as mine. I would like to know if there is enough interest in this project to carry it on list wide. Otherwise, I will conduct this privately with any interested parties. Please send me your opinions in this matter. I reserve the right to publish any replies to me on this subject only. A compilation of lessons learned in this process will be shared with the list in any case.
