Just a few months ago, we also got a rebate from USAA for the same reason. I seem to recall it being more than "15%" though -- it was a decent sized check.

USAA is the balm if you are a vet, government worker, and/or have a clean driving record. Check 'em out.

Our insurance company (USAA-CIC) refunded us 15% of last year's premium b/c their losses were lower than anticipated. I've been with them (mostly) since '76, and this is the fourth or fifth time they've done something similar.
