I'm thinking about ordering four of those gray plastic inserts that fit between the front seat rails and the matching metal tracks. For sometime now I have been running without them and frankly I haven't noticed much difference. If I recall correctly they do not hold up very well. Any opinions are appreciated as to usefulness or any special installation hints?
