Yep - and they have the lowest rates around too.  I
had an accident, got a ticket, got a second ticket -
no one else would touch me for less than $2000/6mo...
usaa kept me at $900...

How do you all get 15%?  I only get 10%... I have been
with them since 89, and I have gotten a refund check
every year except for 92 & 93.
