Yes, it is. We are hot on the trail of this thing, and I understand the circuitry in the LED panel. If anyone else would care to ohm out their sender and send me the results (specifying also how your lights behave) I would appreciate it. I will publish the results.

Malcolm, don't bother -- 97.30 is for the older method with electrodes in the tank. But please do tell me what your lights actually do with the float in various positions. I have good hopes of developing a systematic fix.
