Unfortunately, nothing fits this weird opening. For ventilation, check out the E+B marine catalogue. They offer a number of powered and non-powered vents that only require a 4 to 6 inch hole. Some are even solar powered requiring no wiring and can provide air flow while van is in storage. Great for helping the fridge keep cool when the van is locked during the day. Most are designed to be open all the time and remain rain tight while open.
