Hi Volks:

The winners for my 12 VDC Deep-Cycle Sealed-Gel Interstate Batteries are:

Larry (Dodge89) and David Priemer.

Why they won:

They correctly told ME that they tell their wives that they love 'em in
their original reply to me (without coaching) and THEY have made
arrangements for the batteries to be shipped.

Many others originally wrote me only asking for descriptions of the
batteries, how much it would cost etc to ship to their place, etc. I don't
have UPS's or Fedex's rate book in my head - how would I know?

Only two additional individuals gave the correct response, however, they
decided it was not practical to accept because of the shipping cost to their
location.

Now the local listee, (in Winnipeg).  I know you REALLY want said batts, but
you had an opportunity to get 'em (both) weeks ago, and you jammed. Also,
your original contest reply was also incorrect, so to give one to you would
not be fair to the others, even though you do live in Winnipeg, very sorry.

Anyhow, It's neat that this contest gets decided on Mother's Day, eh?
Hopefully, everyone will regularily tell their spouses that they love 'em,
as a "lesson learned" from this contest.
