Hi Volks Well, we had a nice trip to Gettysburg. We stopped by Carlisle on Saturday afternoon, but it was too late and we had to take only a quick look around, and head for the KOA campground in Gettysburg. Sorry we missed you guys, but I did see a bright green Westie pulling into gate 2 as we were leaving. Hopefully we will be able to get together and meet some of the LiMBO members at a campout later. We will keep checking the "Transporter" in search of a campout in the near future. By the way, the KOA Gettysburg treated us very nicely, and the sites were about average. It cost $48.10 for two nights,a nd they had an all you can eat pancake breakfast on Sunday morning for around $2.00 or so. On the way back to Ohio we thought about staying at the Ohio Pile PA. State Park, but decided against it after traversing only a short way from Confluence, PA. Wow the roads were really bad. We decided to stay at a campground across the road (Rt.40) from Fort Necessity, which is just east of Uniontown PA. Excellent camping area, friendly people, and $23.00 with electric.
